Virginia Senator Stabbed and Son Shot to Death

On Tuesday morning, Virginia Democratic State Senator Creigh Deeds was stabbed multiple times in his home. When they police arrived, they found that his 24-year-old son Gus had been shot and killed. Senator Deeds was airlifted to the University of Virginia Health System Hospital, and he is currently listed as being in critical condition. At this time, there are no suspects in the investigation, and according to local authorities, none are being sought. This means that Creigh and Gus were the only people who were involved in the incident.
